Since opening its doors in 1982, The Banner School has been sustained by the heart, spirit, and commitment of its families, staff, and friends who give their time, talents, and resources in support of the school’s mission. Thanks to these gifts, 381 young men and women have graduated from Banner and are continuing to follow their dreams in high school, college, and beyond. We see the realization of Banner’s mission on a daily basis, as our graduates take their place as responsible citizens who lead by their example. Their personal and academic accomplishments  are indeed shedding light in their lives and those of others.

 Employer Matching Programs

Many employers will match the contribution of an employee or retiree to a non-profit organization such as The Banner School. Please check with the human resources office of your company to obtain a matching gift form and enclose this form with your gift to the school. You will receive credit for the amount of your donation plus the amount of the matching gift.

Memorials and Honors

Gifts may be directed in memory of or in honor of classmates, teachers, parents, or staff members. When such gifts are received, the Development Office notifies the family members of the deceased (in the case of memorial gifts) or the honoree (in the case of “in honor of” gifts). These gifts will be listed in a special category in the Annual Report on Giving.

Each and every gift to the school is appreciated and helps ensure that the tradition of learning excellence at Banner continues for future generations.  Charitable gifts are essential for the continuation and expansion of Banner’s programs and may be directed to the Annual Giving Campaign that provides funds for the current year’s expenses, to capital improvement projects that support building renovations, or to the Endowment Fund that provides a permanent source of support.
