Arts & Athletics

Beyond our dynamic academic program, Banner students also participate in a number of extracurricular activities at the school. Students have opportunities to join our chorus, instrumental band, drama club, Sports Academy, and numerous athletic teams.

Each grade level has the opportunity to perform in a musical or dramatic production during the year. Annually our 8th graders perform a Shakespearean play.

We offer many clubs and student committees which contribute to the development of sportsmanship, leadership, communication, cooperation and community service/awareness. The Banner School also fields interscholastic teams in soccer, volleyball, basketball, and track and field. Our age 8-9 soccer team, The Bluejays, won 1st place at the YMCA fall 2007 tournament.
